Who we are

NextSeasonHer™ is the primary brand of Studio Gussi LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company. In these Terms, "we," "us," "our" and "NextSeasonHer" mean Studio Gussi LLC. "You" means the person using this website or purchasing from us.

Agreeing to these terms

By using this website, downloading anything from it, joining our email list, or purchasing a program, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or buy from us.

Some programs have their own agreement. Where a program agreement and these Terms conflict, the program agreement governs that program.

What we provide, and what we don't

NextSeasonHer provides identity and reinvention mentorship, educational programs, written guides, group experiences and retreats. Que Athena is a certified life and confidence coach and an identity and reinvention mentor.

Decisions you make during or after a program are your own. You remain responsible for your choices about your relationships, your health, your finances and your life.

Who can use our programs

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us or join a program. By purchasing, you confirm that you are.

We reserve the right to decline or end any engagement where the work isn't a fit, where safety is a concern, or where conduct makes the work untenable. Where we end an engagement for reasons other than your conduct, we'll refund the unused portion.

Purchases and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. The price that applies to you is the one shown at the moment you purchase. Payment is processed by third-party providers; we don't store your card details.

Where a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete every scheduled payment. Access may be paused if a payment fails and isn't resolved.

Refunds

• Digital products, guides and downloads. All sales are final. Because these are delivered immediately and in full, we don't offer refunds.
• Courses and recorded programs. All sales are final once access has been issued.
• One-to-one programs. Because a place is held for you and the work begins on acceptance, fees are non-refundable once the program starts. If you need to pause, tell us and we'll find a way to pick the work back up.
• Retreats and live events. Deposits are non-refundable. Travel, lodging and insurance are your responsibility unless stated otherwise in the event listing.

If something has gone wrong, write to us before anything else. We'd always rather hear from you.

One-to-one work

One-to-one programs are offered by application. Applying doesn't guarantee a place, and no payment is due until we've both agreed the work is a fit.

What you share with us stays between us. We don't add applicants to marketing lists on the basis of an application, we don't use your name or your situation anywhere, and we don't discuss your work with anyone. The exceptions are narrow: where you give written permission, or where the law requires disclosure.

What you may do with our materials

When you buy or download a guide, worksheet, recording or course, we grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself.

You may not resell it, share it, publish it, upload it to a file-sharing service, use it to train an AI model, or teach from it as your own. You may quote short passages with credit to NextSeasonHer™.

Group spaces and conduct

In cohorts, retreats and group channels, what other women share is theirs. Don't repeat it, screenshot it, or carry it outside the group. Treat everyone there with respect.

We may remove anyone from a group space for harassment, breaches of confidence, or conduct that makes the space unsafe, without refund.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our programs — writing, frameworks, worksheets, recordings, images and design — is owned by Studio Gussi LLC and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce it without written permission.

Testimonials and results

Any testimonial on this site is from a real person who gave permission for it to be used. Testimonials describe that person's experience and are not a promise of what you will experience.

We make no guarantee about outcomes, income, relationships or life decisions. What you get out of this work depends on your own circumstances and what you put into it.

Other people's websites and services

This site links to other websites and may include affiliate links, where we earn a commission if you buy through them at no extra cost to you. We recommend only what we'd use ourselves, and we're not responsible for anything on a site we don't control.

No warranties

This website and everything on it is provided "as is." We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Gussi LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or participation in a program. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Gussi LLC and Que Athena from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our materials.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
