Find your seasonYou pull into the driveway and you don't go in.
Engine off. You sit there longer than you need to, scrolling nothing, because the second you open that door you have to put her back on. The competent one. The one who has it handled. Everyone in that house is expecting her, and she is exhausting.
So you sit. Two minutes. Sometimes five. There's a version of you in that car that nobody inside has ever met.
Then you go in and start dinner.
You've called it burnout. You took the vacation. You came home and all of it was still there, waiting.
Rest can't reach this. You've outgrown the woman you've been living as, and nobody ever gave you language for that.
You're not looking for advice. Advice assumes you already know who you are and only need a plan. You have the opposite problem.
Distance is the instrument. Time away from the life that shaped you, structured so you can hear yourself under the noise, and built so the clarity survives the trip home.
Two frameworks sit inside it.
Locates you. Three seasons: Recalibration, Reorientation, Reign.
Moves you. Five steps, from naming the identity you've been living as to anchoring the one you choose next.
“When we started, I had so many ideas for my business that I felt overwhelmed and stuck, and it was hard to follow through. Working through things with you helped me reconnect with why I wanted to do this and figure out how to build a business without losing the joy I get from creating. By the end, I felt clearer about what I wanted and had a step by step plan that felt doable. Now I'm focusing on one step at a time instead of trying to tackle every idea at once.”Ashley Brown · the first woman through the method, 2026

Hiyaaa, I'm Que Athena.
I know that driveway. I sat in it.
For twelve years I made women beautiful for the biggest day of their lives, and the chair is a confessional. Women told me things in the hours before the day that was supposed to settle everything for them. Most of it had nothing to do with the wedding. They were describing a life they'd outgrown and had no word for.
I was doing the same thing. I'd married a man to keep everyone else happy, so I spent that marriage making other women beautiful for their weddings while resenting my own.
Advice was never what I was missing. I needed room to think, and my life had none in it. So I closed the business while it was still profitable, got on a plane, and used travel as deliberate interruption. I documented every step.
That record became the Travel to Transform Method™.
You can't build a new life from the borrowed tools of your old one.

To give women in transition the language, the framework, and the distance to see who they've become, and to choose who they're becoming next.

Should I stay or should I leave. Five private weeks, one to one, by voice note, thinking your decision through with someone who has no stake in the answer.
See how it worksNo. Travel is the mechanism I use because distance works faster than willpower. The frameworks work from your kitchen table. The quiz, the itinerary, and NameHer™ need nothing but time and honesty.
Most women can't, which is why the work starts before the trip and continues long after it. Some women never take one and still move through the whole system.
Alone is where most of the clarity lives, and it's the part women dread. HerPassageHome™ exists for exactly that.
No. I'm a certified life and confidence coach, not a licensed therapist. This is identity work: naming where you are, choosing where you're going, and building the structure to get there. If you're in crisis, you want a clinician, and I'll say so.
Take the quiz. It names your season, and your season decides what you need first.
Before that, Tulum, Holbox, San Miguel de Allende, Mexico City, and the English countryside. I post the trips, what they cost me, what they gave back, and what I'm learning about women who leave in order to find out who they are.
